1. Your custom award – what that means + –
A custom award from Toulet – Van Bael is not a catalogue product with your logo pasted on it. We start with a blank sheet and build something from there together. Shape, material, color, engraving, base: everything is open for discussion. And everything is made in our own workshop.

2. This is how it works: from idea to award + –
You don’t need to come up with a ready-made design. A rough sketch, a mood image, your logo, or even just a description is more than enough to get started.
Step 1 – Sharing inspiration: Send us your idea, logo, or mood images. Or visit our showroom for a personal consultation.
Step 2 – Design & Proposal: We create a visualization and provide advice on materials, technique, and timing.
Step 3 – Approval: You approve the design. Only then do we start production.
Step 4 – Production & Delivery: We produce in our own workshop, double-check, and deliver on time. Promised.

3. Personalization & Finishing + –
Every detail counts. We combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest techniques:
- Laser engraving – for sharp, durable text and logos on glass, metal or wood
- Sandblasting – for a matte, elegant texture
- UV digital & screen printing – for vibrant colors and photo quality
- Paint service in any RAL color – for a perfect brand experience
- Double quality check before shipment
4. Production techniques + –
Craftsmanship in every detail:
- Acrylic glass: precision cutting up to 20 mm thickness with CNC laser machines
- Metalworking: etching, electroplating, stamping and high-gloss polishing
- Woodworking: professional processing of oak, walnut, bamboo, and other wood types
- Assembly: millimeter-precise assembly of combined materials
